A walk around patrol was conducted alongside one of the
managers of sentinel Apartments & Suites and after due consultation, a
detailed evaluation and survey was mapped out to determine the following:-

Ø Patrols.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Our recommendations is for four security Guards to efficiently cover the
security challenges of the hotel. Two guards will work for every shift of
12hrs/24hrs as per special arrangements.

personnel for your present and proposed facilities. Our approach and strategy
entails several steps to mitigate the possibility and opportunity for theft of
property or threat to life. Among this; include providing our client with physically-fit,
responsible, disciplined and competent personnel. According to our client
specifications our operatives will be equipped with high tech security gadgets
such as stun guns, bomb detective devices, metal detector mobile services etc. to
ensure constant communication with our management team and the appropriate
local law enforcement agency (Police).

a professional and careful manner in accordance with accepted industry standards,

1) Manned Guarding: - Our commitment to quality and the highest Standards of
security guarding means you are guaranteed a cost-effective and reliable
solution. Our operation team would carefully select personnel according to the
project requirements and site specific training would be given prior to
commencement of operations. Some of the duties our static guards will carry out
in the estate facility would include:

To control all pedestrian movements,
including service deliveries, visitors, vendors and service providers.
·
To control, regulate and monitor
movement of hazardous material like fuel oil, LPG Refills etc. and also prevent
entry of unauthorized hazardous materials including explosives, firearms etc.
·
To
control, monitor and regulate all vehicular parking at all levels within the
premises, in the immediate vicinity and around the premises.
·
Security
officers will maintain log books in order to monitor all activities in the
premises.
·
All personnel
shall be well acquainted and trained in firefighting and suppression, and
handling of emergencies.
·
All
security officers would be appropriately uniformed and would be of smart
attire.
2) Patrols:
·
Regular
site patrols would be conducted at specified intervals across and inside the
perimeter boundaries of the estate facility. Patrols around the vicinity of the
estate complex and car park would also be carried out to safe guard loss of
properties or cars.

A
register will be kept for keys, lost property and any searches carried out.
·
Any other specific service not listed
above, but which are part of the category of service as per the title heading
and as per international practice.

Barrister P.S Egure began his career in the Nigerian Police
Force and in December 1976, he was awarded a Sword of Honor having emerged as
the Best-All-Round Cadet Officer during The Passing-Out-Parade of the Cadet
Assistant Superintendent of Police Course No.4 at Ikeja, Lagos. He was later
transferred to the present State Security Service (SSS).
Barrister Peter Egure is a tested and experienced
professional in security and intelligence matters. He was a former Director of
Intelligence and also Director of Training in the SSS. A lawyer by profession,
he is an alumnus of the prestigious National Institute for Policy and Strategic
Studies (NIPSS) kuru, Plateau State. Barrister Egure was awarded National
Honors as an Officer of the Order of the Niger (OON) on the 20th of December
2005.

Major General John W.T Gbor (rtd) is a graduate of Ahmadu
Bello University (ABU), Zaria, Nigeria and Indiana University, Indiana, U.S.A.
He obtained a masters and PhD degrees in Anthropology from Indiana University
in 1991. General Gbor was commissioned into the Nigerian Army as a Lieutenant
in April 1976. He attended many courses within and outside the country. While
serving in the Nigerian Army, he was sponsored to study Educational Technology
in the United States where he obtained a master’s degree MSc Education in
instructional systems technology. General Gbor served in various units and
formations of the Nigerian Armed Forces some of which include; Nigeria Military
School (NMS) Zaria, Nigeria Defence Academy (NDA) Kaduna, Armed Forces Command
and Staff College, Jaji; National Defence College, Abuja; 82 Div Nigerian Army,
Enugu; 2nd Mechanized Division, Ibadan; Nigerian Army School of
Infantry, Jaji; Nigerian Army School of Education, Ilorin; and as a Commander
Nigerian Army Education Corps.
General Gbor received his promotion accordingly and rose
through the ranks and became Brigadier General in 2001. While serving at the 2nd
Mechanized Division Ibadan as the ADAE, he was promoted to Major General in
2003. He retired from the military service in September 2004. His last
appointment was Commandant Nigerian Army Education Corps.
